A celebration of femininity in all its forms,
the brand centers around the pleasure of dressing up
and the importance of being intimately familiar with our own bodies.
A universe in which beauty is plural and personal,
where women are highlighted in their dualities:
strong in their softness, free-spirited but relentless.
Ichiyo is a sartorial play on sheerness and layering,
what is seen and hidden, but also about the harmony of colors.
Using pastel colors as the main schemes,
sometimes undercut with graphic black detailing,
the essence of a woman's body is subtly revealed
in the signature fabrics: silk, lace, organdy.
The maiden collection entitled
“The Joy of Being Women” is telling of what the brand is aiming for:
to inspire confidence in women through pieces made with love,
to encourage them to fully inhabit their world and their bodies,
to push them to dance amidst societal pressure,
to take an active part in their pleasure, to celebrate.
